Terms of Service

Last updated: October 20, 2026

These terms apply whenever you book a service with EVOXEL SOUNDS. They explain how booking and payment work, who owns what, and what happens if something goes wrong. Please read them before you book.

The short version

  • You pay in full in advance through PayPal, and work starts once payment and your files are in.
  • Once paid in full, the mixes and masters we deliver are yours.
  • Each service includes revision rounds. Changes outside the original brief are quoted separately.
  • Payments are non-refundable once work has started. See the Refund Policy.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of Israel.

1. Our agreement

EVOXEL SOUNDS is a music production, mixing and mastering studio run by Oz Dabach and Aki Cohen in Holon, Israel ("we", "us"). When you book a service ("you"), our agreement is made up of:

  • the summary message we send you, which confirms the service, scope, price and delivery time for your project;
  • these Terms of Service;
  • our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

If the summary message and these terms differ, the summary message applies to that project. Ghost production is covered by a separate agreement, with its own terms shared privately on request.

2. Booking and payment

  • You request a booking through the form on this website or by contacting us directly. A request is not a confirmed booking until we send the summary message and you pay.
  • Prices are set in US dollars. Prices shown in other currencies on this website are estimates for your convenience. You are charged the US dollar amount in the summary message.
  • Payment is made in full, in advance, through PayPal. Any currency conversion is carried out by PayPal or your bank, at their rates.
  • We may decline a booking for any reason, including our current workload, as long as work on it has not started. This decision is ours alone. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount.

3. Starting work and cancellation

By paying, you ask us to start work on your project right away. If you are a consumer with a legal right to cancel within a set period, such as 14 days, you agree that we may start within that period. You understand that you lose that right once the work has been fully performed.

Payments are fully refundable until work on your project has started, and non-refundable once it has, as set out in the Refund Policy. The only exception is if we decide that we cannot complete your project. That decision is ours alone, and in that case we refund the part of the payment for work not yet delivered. If mandatory consumer law where you live still gives you a right to cancel after work has started, you pay for the work carried out up to the point of cancellation.

4. Your material

  • You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us, including stems, recordings, vocals and samples.
  • You are responsible for clearing samples and any third-party material in your track before you release it.
  • You give us permission to copy and process your material only as needed to carry out the service.
  • Please send clean, correctly labelled files, as described in the instructions we send. Delays caused by missing or incorrect files extend the delivery time.

5. Ownership of the work

  • Mixing and mastering: your music stays yours. Once you have paid in full, you own the mixes and masters we deliver and can release and use them however you like.
  • Music production: ownership, credits and any royalty terms for a produced track are set out in the summary message for that project, or in a separate agreement.
  • Delivered files may not be used or released until the service is paid in full.
  • Our own tools, presets, templates and techniques remain ours.

6. Revisions

Each service includes the revision rounds listed on the booking page. Revisions must be requested within 30 days of delivery. To make each round count, listen on several systems and send all your notes together as one list.

Revisions cover changes within the original brief. Changes outside it, such as a new arrangement, a new vocal, or replacing the kick and bass, need new work and are quoted separately.

Mixing and mastering involve artistic judgement. We work closely with your references and notes, but a difference in taste is handled through revisions, not refunds.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are given in business days and are counted from the start of work. They are our best estimate, not a guarantee. If we expect a delay, we will tell you as early as we can. We are not responsible for release dates, label deadlines or promotion plans you schedule around an estimated delivery date.

8. Credits and portfolio

We would appreciate a credit for our work, but you are not required to give one. We may mention publicly released tracks we worked on as part of our portfolio. We only use audio from your project, such as in our before and after player, with your permission, and we remove it if you ask.

9. File storage

We keep your project files for up to 12 months after final delivery so that revisions and re-delivery remain possible. After that they may be deleted. Please keep your own backups of everything you send us and everything we deliver.

10. Our liability

  • We carry out every service with professional care and skill.
  • We are not responsible for indirect or commercial losses, such as lost streams, sales, label or playlist decisions, or missed opportunities.
  • Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
  • Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first at evoxelsounds@gmail.com. Most issues can be solved quickly by talking to us. Please do not open a PayPal dispute or chargeback before giving us the chance to resolve it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer, you keep any protection that the mandatory laws of your country of residence give you.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you book applies to your project.
