Accessibility Statement
We want everyone to be able to hear our work, read about our services and book a project, including people with disabilities and people using assistive technology. This statement describes what we have done, what still needs work, and how to reach us.
1. The standard we follow
This website aims to meet WCAG 2.1 level AA, which also covers the requirements of Israeli Standard 5568 under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 2013. We consider the site partially conformant: most of it meets the standard, and the known gaps are listed below.
2. What we have done
- The site works with a keyboard alone, and every link, button and control shows a visible focus outline.
- A "Skip to content" link and an "Accessibility options" link appear when you press Tab at the top of each page.
- Text and controls use high-contrast colours on a dark background, and images and icons have text alternatives.
- The before and after player can be used with a keyboard: Space to play or pause, 1 and 2 to switch versions, and the arrow keys to move along the track. Its controls have labels for screen readers.
- Animations are turned off for anyone whose device is set to reduce motion.
- The layout adapts to phones, tablets and desktop, and you can zoom up to 200% without losing content.
- Forms have labels and clear error messages.
3. Accessibility options on this site
The Accessibility options button at the bottom of every page opens a panel where you can:
- Enlarge the text in three steps
- Switch to high contrast
- Highlight and underline all links
- Use a simpler, more readable font
- Stop all animations and moving content
- Use a larger mouse cursor
Your choices are saved in your browser and apply on every page until you reset them. These options add to the site's built-in accessibility and do not replace the assistive technology you already use.
4. Known limitations
- Audio content: the before and after examples and the releases are instrumental music. There is no speech to caption, so they have no transcripts.
- The waveform in the player is visual. The current position and total length are also shown as text, and the seek bar can be moved with the keyboard.
- Third-party content: Spotify and SoundCloud pages, the PayPal payment page and the spam check (hCaptcha) are run by other companies, and we can't fully control their accessibility. If the spam check blocks you, email us and we will take your booking directly.
- Some release artwork includes small text that is part of the image. The track name is always also shown as text.
5. How we checked
The site was reviewed with keyboard-only navigation, browser zoom and text enlargement, automated contrast checks, and on desktop and mobile browsers. It has not yet had a full external audit. We review accessibility whenever we add new sections.
6. Accessibility coordinators
If you have trouble using any part of the site, or need information in another format, contact our accessibility coordinators. We aim to reply within 5 business days and will help you book or get the information you need another way.
