Refund Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Every project at EVOXEL SOUNDS is custom work, made for your track and booked into our schedule. This policy explains when a payment can be refunded and what happens once work is under way.

The short version

  • Changed your mind before we start? You get a full refund.
  • Once work on your project has started, payments are non-refundable.
  • Instead of refunds, we work with you through the included revision rounds until the result is right.

1. What this policy covers

This policy applies to all services booked through this website or directly with us, including music production, mixing and mastering, stem mastering, mastering, add-ons such as rush delivery, and paid revisions. Ghost production is handled under a separate agreement, with its own terms shared privately on request. Sample packs and presets sold in the Evoxel Shop have their own refund policy on the shop's website.

2. Before work starts: full refund

You pay in advance to confirm your booking. If you cancel before work on your project has started, we refund the full amount you paid.

Work counts as started once we begin working on your files or project, which normally happens shortly after we confirm your payment and receive your material. If you think you may need to cancel, tell us as soon as possible and before sending your files.

3. After work starts: no refunds

Once work on your project has started, the payment is non-refundable.

From that point the time is booked, the work is shaped around your specific track, and it cannot be resold or reused for anyone else. This includes cases where you change your mind about the project, decide to release a different version, or miss the deadline you planned around.

4. Revisions instead of refunds

We don't consider a project finished until it is right. Each service includes revision rounds, as listed on the booking page. If something doesn't sound the way you expected, send us your notes and we will work on it.

To make revisions count, listen on several systems and collect all your notes in one list. Changes outside the original brief, such as a new arrangement or replacing the kick and bass, require new work and are quoted separately.

5. If we decline or withdraw from a project

Before work starts: we may decide not to take on a project even after you have paid, for example because of our workload or for any other reason. This decision is ours alone. If we decline, we tell you in writing and refund the full amount you paid.

After work has started: in rare cases, EVOXEL SOUNDS may decide that it cannot complete a project, for example because of illness or other circumstances on our side. This decision is ours alone. If we make it, we will tell you in writing and refund the part of the payment for work not yet delivered.

This is the only case in which a refund is given after work has started. Dissatisfaction with the result, a difference in taste, or your own view of whether we can complete the work does not entitle you to a refund. Those are handled through revisions, as described in section 4.

6. How to request a refund

Email evoxelsounds@gmail.com with the name and email used for the booking, the service, and the date of payment. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through PayPal, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on PayPal and your bank.

7. Payment disputes

If something has gone wrong, please contact us before opening a dispute or chargeback with PayPal or your bank. Most issues can be solved quickly by talking to us directly.

8. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under consumer protection law that applies to you, including Israel's Consumer Protection Law. Where such law gives you a right that this policy does not, the law applies.
